Common questions

Does the app need Wi-Fi or cell service?

No. Every game works fully offline. You only need a connection to buy or restore a purchase.

What's free, and what do the purchases add?

Every game has one free play a day, at any level, and they come back at midnight. A free play is only used once you make your first move, and continuing a saved game is always free. Cups is free to play as much as you like. Unlocking a game ($1.99) lets you play it as much as you like, every day; All Games ($10.99) unlocks every game at once. They're one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

I already own some games. Is All Games cheaper for me?

No. The App Store charges the same bundle price for everyone, so the unlock screen shows which games you already own before you decide.

I bought a game. How do I get it on a new phone or my iPad?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Settings (the gear on the home screen), and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so there's no charge again.

What do the difficulty ratings mean?

Each game's tile shows how hard every level is, out of 10, so you can compare games. Easy levels sit around 1.5 to 3.5 and Expert levels around 7 to 9.5.

Will I lose my game if I close the app?

No. Memory Flip, Cups, Maze, Sudoku, Word Search, Blocks and Broken Shape save as you play. Pick the same level again and choose Continue. Color React's 10 quick rounds aren't saved.

How do I earn badges?

Tap the ribbon at the top of the home screen to see all 19 badges and how to earn each one. New badges appear on the results screen when you earn them.

How do I reset my statistics?

Tap the bar-chart button at the top of the home screen, then Reset Statistics at the bottom. Badges, best times and purchases are kept.

Can I turn off sounds, vibration or Sudoku hints?

Yes, each has its own switch in Settings. Sudoku can also show shapes instead of numbers, add colors, and hide the mistake limit.

Will my progress move to a new device?

Your progress is stored only on your device. It moves to a new iPhone or iPad if you restore it from an iCloud or computer backup. Deleting the app removes it.
